Bio-Diagnostics now offer the latest automated assay processing technology: the Omega100XP. This is ideally suited for busy immunology laboratories, offering walk-away reproducible testing, freeing up laboratory staff for other tasks.

The Omega100XP is available with its own custom-made sample racks, providing a maximum capacity of 100 sample transfers within a standard 30-minute protocol, for efficient processing of slides. The Omega100XP is capable of performing 4 individual test protocols simultaneously. Full training on the use of processors is provided, either on-site or at Bio-Diagnostics.

Engineering support from a dedicated service engineer is always available, whether the machine is purchased outright or supplied on a reagent rental agreement. The Omega100XP comes with a 12-month warranty. After the initial warranty period service support and breakdown assistance are available through contracts designed to suit customer budgets and requirements.

Bar code data entry and traceability is simple and all previous batch reports, patient I.D. information and worksheets are retained and easily printed for reference.

One of the advantages of the Omega100XP is its ease of operation due to its unique integrated software package. This software has also been specially written for use with Windows XP, a real advance on other operating systems. An obvious benefit of the Omega100XP is the ability to customise the instrument and software to suit individual requirements. This flexibility allows the instrument to work across all standard IFA assay formats.

To complement the instrument, Bio-Diagnostics offers a wide range of IFA kits and reagents, providing a complete user-friendly and flexible package. Individual slides are produced in a variety of formats, some of which are particularly suited to automation. Tissue section slides are available as single or multiple sections allowing laboratories to customise their testing methods.
